Mindfulness Practice for Christians (20 min)
In this mindfulness practice, we bring awareness to the sensations of breathing as a way to stay grounded in the present moment. God wants to be known to us in each moment. Through this meditation, our awareness of the breath becomes the gateway into the present moment, allowing us to rest in God’s presence.
